Check-in Requirements:

Government-issued photo identification is required. Room and tax payment is required upon check-in. We comply with California Civil Code Section 1865 (1)(d)

Cards Accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay

Check-in / Check-out Time:

Check in time is 4pm, Check out time is 11am: All reservation checkout date modifications must be made before the checkout time

Cancellation:

Stays between November 1- March 31: Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.

Stays between April 1- October 31: Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. Reservations made at least 72 hours before check-in date will not incur cancellation charges if cancellation is done within 24 hours after the booking is made.

No Show:

If guest does not arrive by Midnight 12am, 100% of first 1 night’s room and tax will be charged

Pets:

We are not a pet friendly hotel. We do comply with ADA service animals.

Vehicle Registration:

Effective Jan.1.2025: Daily parking fee will increase to $20.00 USD. Only 1 parking pass per room. No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles are permitted

Dec 2024: Daily fee $15.00 USD

No Smoking:

Hotel public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply if policy violated. In case of smoking and/or noise complaints, hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check out without refund in addition to incidental charges.

Money and any other valuable items brought to Beach Street Inn & Suites is at guest’s sole risk. The Beach Street Inn & Suites, and staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage items therefore guests remain solely responsible for their belongings
